At Champion we are a family run company.
Over the years we have carefully selected, skilled & talented people whom we have employed.
These trusted members of the team have the same work ethic we have as a company.
Professional, courteous and honest always.
We also request our cleaners and staff to ‘go the extra mile’ for all of our customers when needed to do so.
For example, recently we received a cheque for works done, with thank you note.
This having come from one of our oldest customers. It appears that she needed some basic supplies as she was suffering from poor health. The cleaning team decide on the day, one should continue the clean, while the other nipped quickly to the corner shop and picked up the provisions.
Nothing was reported on the daily job sheet and all cleans scheduled where completed.
The first the management knew of this kindness was the thank you card.
Nearly all the recommendation we get each week, start with ‘my neighbour says you nice honest people to do business with’, could you quote to regularly clean my windows please.
